At On The Move Mobile, we offer In-Person service to the following areas in South Dakota:

What does your 3-Month Limited Warranty cover?

Our 3-month limited warranty covers any service faults or physical defects related to newly installed components/parts. Not covering devices physically damaged by the customer after the fact, or devices in which the device has been opened and serviced by either the customer or another repair service.

What should I do when my device is exposed to water?

We highly recommend against putting your phone in rice. Mainly because many small rice granules can end up stuck in your charging port, inside the speakers, or worse. It's a good idea in concept, but putting your phone in rice to absorb moisture is a misguided, long believed myth. Your best course of action would be to shut down your device and contact us to explain its condition and get a repair set up.

Will On The Move Mobile be open in the case of a lockdown happening?

Due to the nature of our business, we will be able to stay open during the pandemic and any subsequent lockdowns, as our business model complies with social distancing guidelines. We make sure to put you and your family's safety first, above all else!

Do I need any form of warranty or insurance?

We do not require any of our customers to have any third-party warranty or insurance when setting up a repair through us.

Should I just get a new device instead?

While it may be tempting, in many cases, repairing your current device is a great way to save money and help our environment by decreasing the amount of tech being discarded into landfills, as well as coming in at a much smaller cost.
